Support operations via finance, HR, purchasing, and customer service, connecting people, suppliers, and data.
Translate customer needs into manufacturable designs across plastics, metals, and composites. Own design for manufacturability, tooling, and process development.
Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding processes to produce complex plastic components with consistent quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility that enables quality work. Supporting 5S, sanitation, and waste handling across offices and production areas.
Program and run CNC mills/lathes to produce precision components in metals and high‑performance plastics. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality, to hold tight tolerances for aerospace applications.
Keep presses, machining centers, ovens, and facility systems reliable with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Execute standardized work across molding, bonding, machining, and assembly to meet schedule, cost, and AS9100/ISO 9001 quality targets.
Inspect incoming, in‑process, and final parts to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance to AS9100/ISO 9001 and customer specifications.
Manage the flow of materials, from accurate receiving and inventory control to compliant packaging and on‑time shipments.
